RAP (Rapid Alert Process) ™ is an event reporting facility which enables building management to:
- Report incidents;
- Conduct regular inspections;
- Record hazards and manage contractor’s performance on-site as soon as an event has occurred.
The preventative aspects of the system are designed to mitigate risk and ultimately nip potential losses before they occur.

Risk Mitigation
The system stores daily inspection tasks, highlighting any failed items. If an inspection identifies a hazard, a hazard record can be automatically generated.
Incident Response
Instant incident reporting via mobile devices triggers various response options based on user feedback. Severity determines escalation to relevant personnel, with alerts sent to notify and prompt necessary actions. Open incidents persist on relevant individuals' dashboards until resolved.
Compliance
The system records identified hazards in the building and guides users through risk assessments if hazards cannot be eliminated. Necessary works to eliminate hazards are documented, and appropriate staff are promptly alerted based on severity.
Contractor Performance
This section aims to ensure contractors are executing their tasks in line with their SWMS. The system presents a list of contractors who have signed in on aXessPoint with SWMS and are currently on site. Building managers can view the contractor's declared SWMS on their mobile device to confirm the implementation of stated risk mitigation measures. Additionally, they can communicate directly with contractors through the system to address any concerns or provide further guidance. This proactive monitoring fosters a culture of safety and accountability across the site.
Dashboard
The dashboard home page facilitates easy tracking of pending tasks for managers, serving as their TODO list. Upon submission in RAP™, reports instantly populate the respective manager’s dashboard. Report types included on the dashboard are:
- Reports in progress
- Reports to which they wish to add more information
- Reports which are scheduled for completion on the day
- Reports which are due to be reviewed e.g. Hazard event report
