Zen Communities is a subscription-based software platform provided to property managers, organizations, and institutions.

Subscription Fees

Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually depending on the selected plan. Fees provide access to the Zen Communities platform, software updates, and support services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Service interruptions caused by platform failure lasting longer than 48 hours

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the billing date.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are generally non-refundable:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • SMS gateway usage charges
  • Implementation or onboarding services
  • Custom integrations or development work

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.
