Cancellation Policy

Users or organizations may cancel their Zen Communities subscription at any time.

Cancellation by Account Administrators

Account administrators may cancel their subscription by:

  • Accessing the account settings within the platform, or
  • Contacting Zen Communities support.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Data Access After Cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Accounts will remain accessible for 30 days to allow users to export their data.
  • After the 30-day period, account data may be permanently deleted.

Termination for Policy Violations

Zen Communities reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies, including:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of communication systems
  • Unauthorized access attempts
